Humana Inc. seeks an AVP, Clinical Program and Product Strategy to lead cross‑functional clinical initiatives, design scalable programs, and translate ambitious clinical priorities into pilots launched and scaled across the enterprise.

This senior role requires navigating ambiguity, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering measurable improvements in member outcomes and cost of care, with remote work flexibility and occasional travel to Humana offices.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• 10+ years of strategy and operations development for healthcare organizations.
• Clinical operations expertise across payers and providers.
• Product experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business and/or consulting experience.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Experience with analytics and data.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Process improvement experience.
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Drive enterprise-wide clinical strategy and develop/execute enterprise-wide clinical strategies.
• Lead design, implementation, and scaling of clinical programs and products across the enterprise.
• Oversee end-to-end journey from clinical strategy to program/product design, implementation and scaling.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clinicians, product managers, analytics, engineering, and design.
• Influence senior decision-makers on opportunities to improve health outcomes and cost.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex projects and ensure alignment with vision.
• Design, test, and scale cross-functional approaches to improve experience, outcomes, and cost of care.
• Provide strategic input and presentations to enterprise forums.
