Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector for a fully remote role. You will review aircraft maintenance records and technical documentation remotely, conducting virtual audits to verify compliance and airworthiness.

You will develop corrective actions, prepare detailed QA reports, and collaborate with maintenance teams and regulators to uphold safety and quality standards. A strong regulatory background and 5+ years in QA are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or national diploma in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• AME license or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years in aviation quality assurance or aircraft maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and QMS.
• Experience with multiple aircraft types and maintenance programs.
• Proficient with digital tools for documentation review and virtual audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote QA reviews of aircraft maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Conduct virtual audits of facilities, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations (SACAA, EASA, FAA) and company standards.
• Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement in quality processes.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare QA reports and present findings to management.
• Maintain organized QA records and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on aviation regulations and best practices in QA.
