Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Project Engineer to join the Aviation Group in Texas. The role offers remote work for qualified candidates who reside in Texas and are willing to travel to client sites, offices, and project locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will oversee projects, mentor staff, and manage airport design and construction efforts with a focus on QA/QC and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE licence required (EIT considered).
• 4+ years in airport design and/or construction.
• Experience in airport design and project management is essential.
• Knowledge of FAA advisory circulars and FAA grant process.
• Ability to mentor staff and support growth of the aviation group.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, able to handle challenging projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee airport design and construction projects within assigned regions.
• Serve as client manager for aviation projects and provide staff mentoring.
• Ensure QA/QC of design and contract documents.
• Lead project planning, regulatory approvals, and environmental compliance.
