Job summary

Crown Innovations, Inc. seeks an Aviation Program Analyst to support a growing portfolio of state government, federal, and commercial aviation initiatives focused on UAS, AAM, airport electrification, and new aviation technologies.

Remote (U.S.-based) with a full-time employment. Ideal candidate has about 3–4 years in aviation, aerospace, transportation planning, or related field; responsibilities include program delivery, stakeholder engagement, research and analysis, technical writing, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Transportation Planning, or related field.
Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in aviation, aerospace, transportation planning, UAS/AAM, or related consulting projects.
Experience with project delivery, stakeholder coordination, client engagement, or multi‑organization initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Ability to translate technical/regulatory information into actionable client recommendations.

Responsibilities

Support aviation, UAS, AAM, and airport-related projects and programs.
Maintain project schedules, trackers, timelines, and status reports.
Coordinate activities among clients, internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders.
Draft technical reports, briefs, and client communications.
Conduct research on UAS, AAM, airport electrification, and related technologies.
