Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of California.
• Federal court admittance a plus.
• Litigation experience.

• Excellent analytical and legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses and briefs.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Draft opinion letters and status reports for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Draft interrogatories and document demands.
• Review document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Attend depositions, hearings, oral arguments and mediations as required.
• Submit filings to the court.
