The Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Court is seeking an AV/Media Specialist to deliver technical assistance and recommendations for all AV and media needs across court locations. You will provide superior customer service, diagnose issues quickly, and train staff on AV and video conferencing systems.

The role includes maintaining inventory, streaming servers, and video systems, with up to 20% travel and collaboration with senior offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of audio-visual and media technologies including video streaming.
• Ability to diagnose software/hardware problems and implement solutions rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and recommendations for AV and media needs.
• Present training on the use of AV, streaming, and video conferencing equipment.
• Maintain and administer the Streaming Content Server and video systems.
• Travel up to 20% and collaborate with Executive Office and Judicial Suites.
