Job summary

Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an experienced Audio-Video Administrator to guide and coordinate AV staff across the court system, educating on best practices and providing technical support for virtual and hybrid hearings. This position helps to standardize equipment and keep abreast of new features and functionality for both software and hardware needs.

This position will also hold regularly reoccurring meetings to gather and disseminate industry standards and improve the end users’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of progressively responsible experience as an Audio Video Administrator.
• Excellent working knowledge of video conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft TEAMS, Webex, Google Meets) and cloud technologies; extensive knowledge of A/V hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with judges, court staff, AOC divisions and the public; travel up to 20% with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate AV staff across the Arizona courts to support virtual and hybrid hearings.
• Standardize AV equipment, stay current with software/hardware features, and lead trainings.
• Maintain an online knowledge base for AV staff to reference.
