Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Court in Phoenix seeks an Audio Visual Coordination Administrator VI to guide and coordinate AV staff across the courts system, educating on best practices and providing technical support for virtual and hybrid hearings.

The role standardizes equipment, stays current with software and hardware features, leads regular meetings, develops an online knowledge base, and offers subject-matter expertise to improve end-user experiences during remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years’ progressively responsible AV administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Zoom, Teams, Webex, Google Meet and AV hardware; able to install and configure equipment.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to work independently and with judges and court staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AV staff across the Arizona courts system and educate on best practices.
• Provide technical support for virtual and hybrid court hearings and standardize equipment.
• Lead regular meetings to share industry standards and maintain an online AV knowledge base.
• Offer subject‑matter guidance on best practices for courtroom technology and trainings.
