The Automotive Technical Training Specialist role combines engineering expertise with teaching, strategy, project management and leadership across the UK dealer network.

You will build the technical capability of hundreds of technicians, deliver in-person and remote training, visit dealerships and play a key part in raising standards for EV and Hybrid technology with a strong focus on learning culture and brand representation.

Competenze

• Master Technician (Level 4) required.
• Strong EV and Hybrid qualifications expected (IMI recognised training listed as essential).
• Previous training experience is required.

Mansioni

• Designing the UK’s entire technical training programme.
• Delivering courses to dealerships.
• Visiting dealerships to train staff and build a learning pathway.
• Creating and maintaining an LMS and online learning materials.
• Becoming the face of technical knowledge across the country.
