What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their questions or concerns
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues as they arise
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proven oral and written communication skills with logical problem-solving abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Strong organizational and work prioritization skills
