Job summary

Arthrex is a global medical device company seeking a Software QA Engineer-Automation to work with the Engineering departments to ensure quality of Arthrex business systems. The role emphasizes test planning, automated testing in C#, and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, SQL, and cloud test environments. This is a remote position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2+ years relevant Software QA Engineer-Automation experience required.
• Level 2= 2+ years relevant Software QA Engineer-Automation experience required.
• Level Sr1= 5+ years relevant Software QA Engineer-Automation experience required.
• Level Sr 2= 8+years relevant Software QA Engineer-Automation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support complex release projects including testing activities and test planning; estimate and schedule; resource planning and oversight; test development and execution; defect management; status reporting; project closure.
• Perform testing assignments including integrations with other systems and data migrations in large projects.
• Work with infrastructure and development teams to establish and maintain test environments.
• Communicate issues identified during testing to development teams and management; assist in triage and resolution; suggest improvements.
• Represent SQA on project teams; attend status meetings; define SQA tasks and estimates for the project schedule.
• Contribute to SQA metrics such as requirements coverage, test readiness, and defect counts.
