Job summary

Simera in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that ensure software products meet high quality, reliability, and performance standards.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teammates to create scalable test frameworks, implement API and UI tests, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests.
• Strong programming/scripting in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium.
• Familiarity with API testing and RESTful services.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Git and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and frameworks.
• Analyze requirements to identify automation opportunities.
• Create and run automated tests for functional, regression, API, and end-to-end.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
