Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead automation service, retrofit, repair, and system upgrade projects from installation through final customer acceptance.

As the primary customer contact, you will coordinate field teams, engineering, controls, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or related field; OR 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, field service, project management, or related technical environment.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects within manufacturing, automation, robotics, or capital equipment industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution activities for automation system installations, startup, commissioning, and ramp-up.
• Coordinate field service technicians, controls engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage project schedules and field milestones to support customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Facilitate daily, weekly, or monthly project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure customer punch-list items are documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Support final customer acceptance activities and project closeout documentation.
