Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Multitasking-based apps
• Carry the Collaboration platform work for Production Solutions' next SD expansion
• Ship Smoke Testing features to advance the tech roadmap
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time
