Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for enterprise middleware technologies. You will implement playbooks and scripts using Ansible, Python, and Bash to automate deployment, configuration, and management of middleware such as WebSphere, Liberty, MQ, and File Transfer products.

The role demands hands-on expertise, strong scripting skills, and experience with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Ansible experience designing and implementing playbooks and roles.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience with REST API integration.
• 10+ years writing Bash/Shell scripts for Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Create and manage configuration management strategies across diverse infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices.
