Job description

Required Qualification

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting IBM WebSphere Application Server environments in enterprise settings
• Proven ability to architect, implement, and manage CI/CD processes that streamline application builds, testing, deployments, and release activities across development, testing, and production environments
• Strong expertise in automation using Ansible, including the creation and maintenance of playbooks, infrastructure configuration, server provisioning, deployment orchestration, middleware management, and operational process automation
• Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD platforms to improve deployment consistency, accelerate delivery cycles, and minimize manual operational tasks
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for resolving deployment failures, pipeline-related issues, and automation challenges within complex production environments
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and orchestration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or comparable platforms, coupled with Ansible-based automation solutions
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practical experience using Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure resources
• Knowledge of middleware security best practices, including SSL certificate management, secure communications, and application server security configuration
