Job summary

Concordia Wireless is seeking an entry level AutoCAD Designer/Drafter to support wireless telecommunications site designs from a fully remote location. Strong AutoCAD proficiency and a fundamental engineering or architectural background are required, with 1–3 years of AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities include creating civil and architectural designs for sites, analyzing project scope, site measurements, and collaborating with project managers as needed to finalize layouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture, or AutoCAD certificate.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with daily use required.
• 1–3 years of AutoCAD experience; telecom or commercial design preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete civil and architectural designs for wireless telecommunication sites
• Analyze and understand the specific project scope of work including existing electrical power and proposed power requirements
• Perform structural mappings on rooftops and take measurements on sites and collect data from the field sufficient to perform the designs in the office side
• Identify any potential space constraints/challenges and develop a solution for the site layout
• Perform site walks with the project manager and the customer whenever needed
