Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims from remote locations across the U.S. A Bachelor's degree and state licenses are preferred, with travel as needed.

You will review estimates, maintain documentation, pursue subrogation, and communicate with insured, clients, and brokers while upholding quality standards and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjusting licenses as required
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims

Responsibilities

• Processes auto and general liability property damage claims; assesses damage, makes payments, and codes files
• Develops action plans to meet state deadlines and move files toward resolution
• Identifies and pursues subrogation; secures and disposes of salvage
• Communicates claim action with insured, client or broker as appropriate
• Maintains professional client relations
• Performs coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims
• Travels as required and supports quality programs
