• Must be able to work Monday-Sunday from 12pm-9pm MST.
• Experience with loan approvals and credit analysis is a must.

We are currently hiring a Remote Auto Loan Underwriter for one of the top lenders in Colorado. This position will require a 12pm-9pm MST shift including every Saturday, with rotating Sundays (3 Sundays worked, 3 Sundays off).

Description

• Log into ADP
• Review individual que's to pull up listings of dealers and credit unions
• Work on oldest file to newest
• Review loan to value, calculate income, debt to income, and borrower history to make a final decision
• Enter notes on the borrower the borrower
• Daily Utilization of Temenos, Keystone Correlation, Meridian Link, and Excel
  
  

Qualifications

MUST

• Be able to work Monday-Sunday 12pm-9pm MST - will work every Saturday with 3 Sundays on and 3 Sundays off
• Know how to break down credit bureaus
• Know how to break down income calculation
• Make a decision on credit approvals
• Has knowledge of loan to value ratio
• Minimum of 2 years of true Indirect UW experience and decision making authority
• Must have experience with L360 or Cuddle, Ideal, Keystone Correlation, LBQ /Meridian Link

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
