Job description

We are currently hiring a Remote Auto Loan Underwriter for one of the top lenders in Colorado. This position requires a 12pm-9pm MST shift, including every Saturday, with rotating Sundays (3 Sundays worked, 3 Sundays off).

Description

1. Log into ADP.
2. Review individual queues to pull up listings of dealers and credit unions.
3. Work on the oldest file to the newest.
4. Review loan-to-value, calculate income, debt-to-income ratio, and borrower history to make a final decision.
5. Enter notes on the borrower's profile.
6. Utilize Temenos, Keystone Correlation, Meridian Link, and Excel daily.

Qualifications

MUST

• Be able to work Monday-Sunday, 12pm-9pm MST, including every Saturday with 3 Sundays on and 3 Sundays off.
• Know how to analyze credit bureaus.
• Know how to calculate income.
• Make decisions on credit approvals.
• Have knowledge of loan-to-value ratios.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct Indirect Underwriting experience with decision-making authority.
• Experience with L360, Cuddle, Ideal, Keystone Correlation, LBQ, or Meridian Link.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $27.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length, and benefits are subject to change. Potential benefits include:
