Job summary

Patriot MGA is seeking a full-time remote Auto Liability Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve personal auto liability claims. The ideal candidate is organized, diligent, and detail-oriented, with strong decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, applying state laws, and documenting rationale while managing a portfolio of claims. Licenses or the ability to obtain them are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of auto liability claims handling experience (5+ preferred).
• Experience in MGA, carrier, or insurance claims environment.
• Active adjuster licenses or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Investigate auto liability claims by reviewing statements, police reports, photos, and witness accounts.
• Analyze accident facts and state laws to determine liability and negligence.
• Document rationale and decisions in the claim file with timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage an assigned inventory from investigation to resolution or transfer.
