Sedgwick, a global leader in claims administration, is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto, to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.

The role emphasizes evaluating damages, coordinating payments, and maintaining accurate claim files.The position supports subrogation opportunities, documents progress to meet deadlines, and requires strong communication, teamwork, and PC skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjusting licenses may be required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review and assess Property Damage estimates and related expenses.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and interpretive skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assess damage, make payments, and document files.
• Develop action plans to meet state deadlines.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and handle salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintain professional client relations.
• Perform coverage and liability analyses.
• Travel as required.
• Support quality programs.
