Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university.
• Related claims experience or thorough knowledge of automobile parts and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Obtaining Appraisal Licenses required for certain states.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment with our Virtual Estimating Team.
• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring public relations are maintained.
• Efficiently write accurate estimates based on photos and videos meeting production guidelines.
• Complete, review and reconcile supplemental repair estimates.
• Review and negotiate estimates with customers or repair facilities.
• Document claim files with notes, evaluations and decision making processes.
• Process claim payments as necessary.
• Evaluate vehicle condition for Total Loss Settlements.
• Adhere to state regulatory compliance.
