Ideal candidates have experience with inspecting vehicles and using estimating software such as CCC ONE; you will mentor peers and help train others while upholding regulatory and fair claims practices.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating auto collision damages and preparing accurate estimates.
• Understanding of auto insurance claim processes and settlements.
• Ability to mentor peers and contribute to training programs.

Responsibilities

• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types and assists leadership in training.
• Negotiates settlements, processes payments, and documents activities for complex files.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Exhibits strong estimating fundamentals for 1st and 3rd party damages.
