Responsibilities include developing action plans to meet deadlines, pursuing subrogation opportunities, and maintaining professional relations with insured, clients, and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiations.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage.

Responsibilities

• Processes auto property damage and lower level injury claims with proper coding.
• Maintains documentation and moves files toward resolution.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and salvage disposal.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Supports quality programs and team objectives.
