Qualifications

• Experience handling attorney-represented auto claims.
• Auto liability and bodily injury claims experience.
• Subrogation and fraud identification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company and industry.
• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with independence within increased authority.
• For claims involving injuries, reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims when needed.
• Recognizes body parts of a vehicle and potential other property damage.
• Identifies customer needs and meets them with professional service.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and handles accordingly.
• Works within rotations into specialty positions (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, etc.).
