Qualifications

• Commercial Casualty claims handling.
• Attorney-represented bodily injury claims experience preferred.
• Auto liability and injury claim investigations required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate advanced auto claims including coverage, liability and damages with discretion within authority.
• Review and negotiate settlements for injuries and complex claims as appropriate.
• Identify subrogation or fraud potential and address accordingly.
• Apply experience in specialty positions such as Coverage or Investigation Specialist.
