Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance seeks an Autism Services Navigator to coordinate autism care for TRICARE beneficiaries enrolled in the Autism Care Demonstration. You will oversee assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy to connect families with appropriate services and resources.

The role requires licensure (LICSW/LCSW or RN) with CCM certification, plus at least three years of direct clinical care in pediatrics or behavioral health, and the ability to obtain CCM within four years of hire.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted licensure in a US state or territory.
• Three years of direct clinical care experience.
• Clinical experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, or ASD.
• Ability to obtain CCM certification within four years of hire.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass DoD background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Apply HIPAA privacy and security regulations in daily practice.
• Screen beneficiaries for appropriateness for the ACD program.
• Educate beneficiaries on ACD and TRICARE benefits.
• Provide enrollment decisions and CCP development for beneficiaries.
• Coordinate CCP updates and document changes in the care management system.
• Advocate for beneficiaries and locate necessary services outside the network.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and DHA as needed.
