Job summary
ARISE Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company (ABIIC) Risk Retention Group is seeking a full-time inspector to perform authorized duties under NB-263, RCI-1 and ASME BPVC codes for ABIIC clients. You will document inspections, prepare technical reports, and stay current with certifications and safety requirements.
Expect to travel locally and nationally; the role offers a 100% remote opportunity with travel and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Meet experience criteria per ASME QAI-1 and RCI-1; National Board NB-263 prerequisites.
- Complete National Board New Construction Commission course with NB Commission.
- National Board course for Authorized Inspectors completed.
Responsibilities
- Perform authorized duties per NB-263, RCI-1, 4-2, ASME QAI-1, 7-2 for ABIIC clients.
- Document inspections in Inspector Diary for verification and quality monitoring.
- Prepare technical reports per ASME BPVC Codes and requirements.
- Stay updated on certifications, safety procedures, and technologies.
- Attend joint reviews of Certificate Holders as required.
- Support the Company’s vision and policies; collaborate across locations.
- Ensure safe, healthy work environment and follow EH&S rules.
- Perform Third Party Inspections (TPI).
