Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an Auditor to assist in planning and executing audits across Retirement and Wealth Management. You will test controls, document findings, and help drive improvements while leveraging data analytics tools.

This remote role requires proximity to the Windsor office for periodic onsite collaboration and meetings. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in auditing, with knowledge of US GAAP and IIA standards.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience in audit, assurance, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, business processes, IT processes, and IIA standards.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute audits across Retirement and Wealth Management lines of business.
• Prepare or revise audit programs to meet objectives.
• Document testing results and conclusions with high-quality workpapers.
• Test key controls and assess operating effectiveness per standards.
• Use data analytics to support testing and evaluation.
