Job summary

Progressive Leasing seeks an experienced Manager of Audit Services to lead the risk-based audit program across financial, operational, and compliance engagements. You will manage the team, perform risk assessments, and oversee SOX design and testing.

Strong collaboration with business leaders and external auditors is essential to deliver practical, value-added recommendations. You will drive adherence to auditing standards, apply analytics, and promote continuous improvement in audit methodology

Qualifications

• 8+ years of audit experience (internal or external)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
• Professional accounting or auditing designation (CIA, CPA)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with audit and analytics tools (AuditBoard, ACL, PowerBI, SQL)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop audit resources and oversee complex engagements
• Oversee SOX control design and operating effectiveness assessments
• Coordinate and oversee the risk-based audit plan and engagements
• Ensure adherence to audit methodology and professional standards
• Communicate engagement status and audit results to management and ERM stakeholders
• Collaborate with external auditors as needed
