Job summary

Pantheon Data in Washington, DC seeks a Program Audit Liaison to serve as the client’s front door for audit and data-call requests. You own routing, tracking, and timely escalation to ensure consistent, defensible responses.

You will maintain an authoritative tracker, coordinate with DoD, GAO, and other agencies, and produce status updates for senior leaders. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating responses to formal external taskers or audits.
• Ability to manage concurrent items on independent timelines.
• Judgment on audits including escalation and submission decisions.
• Strong reading comprehension for formal correspondence.
• Concise written communication suitable for senior leadership.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and route audit, review, and data call requests.
• Analyze requests and determine offices and action officers.
• Route requests with a clear statement of what is needed and by when.
• Acknowledge receipt and establish early contact relationships.
• Identify overlapping requests and connect them for consistent answers.
• Maintain a single authoritative tracker of all open requests.
• Manage multiple timelines and build milestones from deadlines.
• Follow each request through submission, follow-up, and closure.
• Produce recurring status reports for senior leadership.
• Elevate issues with a recommendation and needed inputs.
• Scope unclear requests with the requester before action.
