Job summary

Pantheon Data in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Program Audit Liaison to serve as the client’s front door for incoming audit and review requests. You will route requests, track progress, and provide status updates to senior leadership to ensure timely, consistent responses across offices.

This role requires strong judgment to elevate issues when needed, coordinate with DoD IG, GAO, NAVSEA, and other bodies, and maintain meticulous documentation while working remotely or on-site with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive relevant experience.
• 10+ years coordinating formal external taskers, data calls, audits, inspections, or inquiries.
• Ability to manage concurrent items on independent timelines.
• Judgment on audits including when to elevate, reassign, reject, and submit materials.
• Strong reading comprehension for formal correspondence.
• Concise written communication suitable for senior leadership.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and obtain responses.
• Discretion handling sensitive and controlled information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and route audit, review, and data call requests to the client organization.
• Analyze incoming requests, identify what is asked, and determine offices and action officers.
• Route requests with a clear statement of what's needed and by when.
• Acknowledge receipt and establish early contact relationships.
• Identify overlaps with ongoing responses to maintain consistency.
• Maintain a single authoritative tracker for all open requests.
• Drive interim milestones and report status to senior leadership.
• Follow each request through submission, questions, and closure.
