Qualifications

• Strong experience handling commercial casualty claims, attorney-represented files, and/or auto bodily injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle for complex cases.
• Apply advanced understanding of policies and relationships within the company.
• Handle investigations of all aspects of complex auto claims with increased authority.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when injuries are involved.
• Identify body parts of a vehicle and related property damages.
• Meet customer needs using appropriate service skills.
