Job summary

Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF) seeks an Attorney Network Coordinator in a full-time role. The position supports a selective network of attorneys, manages communications platforms, and coordinates onboarding, referrals, and co-counsel relationships to defend democracy and First Amendment rights.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with confidential information handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant professional experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to liaise with attorneys and leadership.
• Experience administering technology platforms, databases, and secure information handling.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations of a curated network of attorneys organized around practice areas and jurisdictions.
• Manage access, permissions, and confidential information in a secure environment.
• Verify applicants' bar admissions and periodically re-verify eligibility.
• Maintain attorney records, subgroup assignments, and practice-area classifications.
• Coordinate onboarding, confidentiality agreements, and access for eligible attorneys.
• Support and connect resources, referrals, and co-counsel relationships as needed.
• Coordinate with other organizations managing complementary networks.
