Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an Attorney Auditor to review legal and non-legal invoices in accordance with client billing guidelines, GAPS, and internal audit standards. The role ensures accurate application of audit rules, supports timely processing of invoices, and escalates complex issues for resolution.

The Attorney Auditor will use Sedgwick’s Legal Spend Management platforms to apply guidelines, document findings, and collaborate with managers to maintain consistency and quality across work.

Qualifications

• J.D. preferred from an accredited school.
• Active law licensure preferred but not required.
• Five years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices per client guidelines and GAPS.
• Communicate audit findings and respond to billing inquiries.
• Process invoices per workflows and SLAs.
• Perform reasonableness reviews and document adjustments.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Collaborate to ensure consistency across work.
