Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D.) preferred; active licensure preferred but not required.
• 5 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices using client billing guidelines and GAPS.
• Communicate audit findings to law firms and document outcomes.
• Process invoices in line with workflows and SLAs.
• Perform reasonableness reviews and adjustments.
• Use Sedgwick’s Legal Spend Management platforms for reviews.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent application of guidelines.
• Identify recurring billing issues and provide guideline feedback.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff for resolution.
• Ensure audit work meets accuracy and quality standards.
