Required JD and at least five years in insurance defense or complex litigation, with the flexibility to work from home after training.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Five (5) years of insurance defense or complex litigation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply clients’ billing guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with clients to develop or enhance billing protocol.
• Communicate effectively with law firms to discuss compliance with billing requirements.
• Manage invoice workflow to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Finalize and approve legal invoices independently for payment.
• Meet company performance standards for production.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals.
