Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an Attorney Auditor to review invoices for services provided to insurance carriers, corporate legal departments and government entities. The role requires applying client billing guidelines and GAAP standards to ensure accurate invoicing.

You’ll work with clients and law firms, manage invoice workflows, and strive to meet performance standards. The position offers full-time employment with remote work options across the 50 states.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) is required.
• Five (5) years of insurance defense or complex litigation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply clients’ billing guidelines and standards.
• Work with client to develop or enhance billing protocol.
• Communicate with law firms to discuss compliance with client’s billing requirements.
• Effectively manage invoice workflow.
• Work independently to finalize and approve legal invoices for payment.
• Consistently meet company established performance standards for production.
• Work with other team members to jointly meet production objectives/goals.

Education
