Litigation Associate – Remote (Florida Bar) | Crypto, Consumer Finance & Arbitration Focus
A fast-growing and innovative law firm is urgently seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–9 years of experience to join its team remotely. This role is ideal for a high-performing attorney with a strong academic background and a passion for cutting-edge matters in cryptocurrency, consumer finance, and arbitration.
What You’ll Do:
Handle complex litigation and arbitration matters from intake through resolution
Represent clients in disputes related to crypto, fintech, and consumer financial services
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and arbitration submissions
Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and regulatory developments
Work independently while collaborating with a team of experienced litigators
What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
2–9 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to arbitration or financial tech matters
Prior experience in crypto, consumer finance, or regulatory disputes a strong plus
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
