This role is ideal for a high-performing attorney with a strong academic background and a passion for cutting-edge matters in cryptocurrency, consumer finance, and arbitration.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle complex litigation and arbitration matters from intake through resolution

• Represent clients in disputes related to crypto, fintech, and consumer financial services

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and arbitration submissions

• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and regulatory developments

• Work independently while collaborating with a team of experienced litigators

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• 2–9 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to arbitration or financial tech matters

• Prior experience in crypto, consumer finance, or regulatory disputes a strong plus

• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
