We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our First Party Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to advance their career with a firm that supports growth and rewards success.

What We’re Looking For

• Portable Book of Business: Ability to bring in 5-10+ cases per month, building and expanding your own portfolio.
• Experience: At least 1 year of first-party property litigation experience. Transitioning attorneys from defense to plaintiff practice are welcome.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Hungry, driven, ready to hustle, and capable of growing your book of business.
• Supportive Environment: Ideal for a sole practitioner seeking team support without managing an entire firm. Fully paid legal resources and back-office support provided.
• Remote Role: Fully remote position; must hold a valid Florida Bar license.

Compensation

• Competitive Salary / Draw
• 20% of Fees on cases settled from partner-generated work
• 40% of Fees on cases you generate (negotiable for large books)
• Commissions on every case you bring in, with potential for increased earnings
• Health Insurance: We cover your health insurance costs.
