Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Climate Science, Environmental Science, or closely related field.
• Deep expertise in climate modeling, atmospheric dynamics, meteorology, ecology, or sustainability science.
• Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or quantitative analysis.
• Exceptional written communication skills — translate complex science into clear, structured problem statements.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for scientific accuracy.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solve, and review advanced atmospheric science problems grounded in real-world relevance.
• Apply expertise in climate modeling, meteorology, ecology, or sustainability to design complex, rigorous problem sets.
• Evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and scientific integrity.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to push the quality of AI scientific reasoning forward.
• Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and depth across all deliverables.
• Work independently on task-based assignments fully on your own schedule.
