Job summary
Alignerr is seeking environmental science experts to help build and train AI models for climate, ecology, and sustainability challenges. This fully remote hourly contract invites Masters and PhD-level scientists to apply their domain knowledge to solving real-world problems that push AI reasoning.
You will design and review advanced environmental problems, collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers, and ensure scientific rigor and clarity across outputs.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Environmental Science, Climate Science, Ecology, or a closely related field.
- Strong expertise in climate modeling, ecology, sustainability, or environmental data analysis.
- Proficient in Python or R for research, data analysis, or modeling.
Responsibilities
- Design, solve, and review advanced environmental science problems with real-world relevance and scientific rigor.
- Apply your expertise to create complex, nuanced problem sets for AI training.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning.
- Evaluate the quality, clarity, and scientific depth of AI-generated outputs in your domain.
- Ensure accuracy and intellectual integrity across all deliverables.
