Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Climate Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Expertise in climate modeling, atmospheric dynamics, meteorology, ecology, or sustainability science.
• Proficient in Python or R for research and analysis.
• Exceptional written communication skills and ability to translate complex science into clear problem statements.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solve, and review advanced atmospheric science problems grounded in real-world relevance.
• Apply expertise in climate modeling, meteorology, ecology, or sustainability science to design complex problem sets.
• Evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and scientific integrity.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve AI scientific reasoning.
• Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and depth across all deliverables.
• Work independently on task-based assignments with flexible scheduling.
