Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Mobile/TAK Developer to join a federal-focused team. You will develop Android applications for ATAK and TAK ecosystem and work remotely as part of an existing team.

The role requires 1–3 years of native Android experience (Java/Kotlin), familiarity with Git and TAK/ATAK concepts, and collaboration with customers to translate requirements into features.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of native Android development experience.
• Experience with code source control such as Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications and plugins for the Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK) and related TAK ecosystem products, under the guidance of senior developers.
• Assist in integrating Cursor-on-Target (CoT) messaging, mapping overlays, and situational awareness features into mobile applications.
• Write, test, and debug code supporting TAK Server API integrations.
• Interact with customers and end users to understand and translate requirements into working software features.
• Produce customer facing production code day one.
