Job summary

Nova Group, GBC is seeking an Associate Valuer to join our Valuations & Advisory team. You will work with seasoned professionals to deliver valuation and advisory assignments for lenders, investors, owners, and developers across commercial property types.

The role emphasizes real estate valuation, financial analysis, market research, and investment decision-making, with telework options and a path to professional growth within a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in commercial real estate, valuation, finance, lending, brokerage, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of commercial real estate valuation and advisory reports.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling.
• Research and verify property, lease, operating, and transaction data.
• Analyze comparable sales, market trends, and investment performance.
• Participate in property inspections and market surveys.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with senior valuers and contribute to client deliverables.
