Job summary

Nova Group, GBC is seeking an Associate Valuer to join our Valuations & Advisory team. You will work with seasoned professionals to deliver valuation and advisory assignments for lenders, investors, owners, and developers in a remote-friendly New Jersey/NY area.

Responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, valuation modeling, and supporting client deliverables while building expertise in commercial real estate valuation within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or closely related field.
• Interest or experience in commercial real estate, valuation, finance, lending, brokerage, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Position Summary

Nova Group, GBC is seeking an Associate Valuer to join our growing Valuations & Advisory team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced valuation professionals to deliver valuation and advisory assignments for lenders, investors, owners, and developers across a broad range of commercial property types.

You'll develop expertise in commercial real estate valuation, financial analysis, market research, and investment decision-making while building a long-term career in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation modeling.

Nova Group’s good-faith estimate of the salary for this position at the time of posting is 45,000 – 55,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's experience, skills, education, location, production, and other job-related variables.
