Gotham Enterprises Ltd. seeks an Associate Therapist in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers remote work with full-time hours and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will conduct individual therapy under supervision, document progress, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure best practices in client care. The ideal candidate will hold a master's in mental health counseling, possess an associate credential, and demonstrate strong therapeutic communication and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Qualifying master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current state-recognized associate credential or other required practice authorization.
• Eligibility to provide individual counseling with appropriate supervision.
• Understanding of therapeutic communication and counseling techniques.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and ethical responsibilities.
• Ability to respond appropriately to supervisory feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy within the authorized scope of practice.
• Establish treatment goals in collaboration with clients.
• Use appropriate counseling interventions under clinical supervision.
• Review client progress and identify areas requiring additional attention.
• Complete session notes and other required documentation.
• Participate in case consultation and supervision.
• Recognize situations requiring referral or additional assessment.
• Maintain client privacy and professional boundaries.
