Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our remote, full-time team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse client base using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold LCSW/LPC/LMFT or PsyD, with a master’s or doctoral degree in related field, and strong communication and organizational skills to support compliance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid professional license as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or PsyD required.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, or Psychology.
• Strong verbal and written communication with families.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness modalities.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Engage in community outreach and stigma-reduction activities.
