Job summary

Pacific Health Group seeks a licensed mental health professional for a hybrid, part-time role delivering telehealth and in-person therapy within California.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Requires CA licensure (AMFT/ACS W/APCC), a Master’s in a relevant field, and at least 2 years of experience.

Schedule is 2pm–7pm PST, with fully remote work within California and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, marriage & family therapy, social work, or counseling.
• California licensure as AMFT/ACS W/APCC (associate) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of mental health treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and telehealth therapy (and in-person when needed).
• Conduct assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and case notes.
• Coordinate with care teams and participate in trainings.
